This weekend is a race to build a tile backsplash above the entire length of the counter. Ryan found a tutorial in Handyman Magazine, we bought a wet saw and here we are tiling. Since the kitchen floor slants back toward the far left corner it’s going to be a little bit tricky. The parallel lines of the grout could make the slant a little more obvious but we’re being super conscientious with the level. We’ll see! All the old houses in San Francisco are a little slanted. We do the best we can.
